Make it Yours with Country Crock

This past month Influenster sent me a coupon for a free tube of Country Crock and a recipe for the Make it Your own cookies. Country Crock recently changed their recipe and wanted to give people a chance to test it out, what better way then with a fun cookie recipe?

Since I was going to be using my Country Crock to bake cookies I decided to skip the tube and go for the sticks to make measuring easier.

They have different types of Country Crock including Original (which I went with), Vitamin D, Churn Style, and Light. You can read more about these as well as their other products Here.

Incase you cant read the recipe card I recieved in the next picture here's a screen shot of the ingredients list, you can find the full recipe online Here.

After you get all the ingredients and mix them together the dough may end up looking something like this (I didn't fully read the directions naturally lol and measured everything out and went to pick up the kids so the ingredients had time to get to room temperature instead of fresh from the fridge).

Then you can start adding your mix-ins. We decided to forgo measuring and just let everyone put whatever (and however much) they wanted in.

The kids had the options of: Reese's Pieces, Marshmallows, sprinkles, chocolate chips, pretzels and sprinkles. We limited the options a bit knowing they would want to put a little of everything in, we had to keep reminding them that they would be tasting everything they put in together.

I made some with: Pretzels, carmel and dark chocolate chips. Then some with smores ingredients: marshmallows and chocolate chips. The remaining dough we used for some chocolate chip cookies.
