Whats coming up in july

Now that summers in full swing and Im about to finish up with my summer class I'll have a little more spare time to post.
I have a lot of exciting opportunities to try varies products so there will be a ton of reviews for the month of July. Also im working on a lot of summer projects including cleaning up the house so I will be sharing my organizing tips and tricks and even some school related organization to show you how I keep on top of my school work. A look at whats coming up:

♡My very first VoxBox from Influenster. The Surfs Up VoxBox. Ill have a couple posts showing you whats inside, and different reviews about each product. Ill also walk you through some VoxBox activities and what to expect when you get a VoxBox.

(Photo: Mine)

(Photo: Mine from my instagram @auntie_m_25)

♡I got three different products from Bzzagent to sample. Two I have already received and tried and the third is on its way. The first was an acne kit from Paulas Choice Skincare

(Photo: Mine)

and the 2nd was a pair of Dream Walk high heel insoles from Dr. Scholls (for heels 2 inches and
higher).

The third thing that I will soon be sampling is Crest's new Be toothpaste. Ill be trying there three new unique flavors: mint chocolate trek, vanilla mint spark, and lime spearment zest.

♡I have a few oppurtunities from Crowdtap already this month as well. The first one I received last week from Kleenex, its pretty simple, just a review of a box of their facial tissue and come up with a different use (something other then for blowing your nose or sneezing into) for the tissues.

(Photo: Mine from my instagram)

And the other crowdtap oppurtunity I found out about yesterday is a hosted party from McCormic Grill Mates, a 4th of July BBQ Bash. They're sending me a ton of seasoning mixes, rubs and sauces to try during a 4th of July party and of course a lovely McCormick apron to wear while cooking (which my dad will be doing!). I dont really eat meat (its complicated) so ill be counting on others to try it out and let me know what they think.

Cant wait to share all of these posts with you guys :) Hope your excited too!

☆Happy 4th of July☆
:-D

*All the items were given to me free for testing purposes. I am only asked to give my honest opionions and feed back, I am not rewarded for giving a good review over a bad review. I do get rewarded for completing an honest review (entries for giftcard drawlings through crowdtap and more oppurtunities to review through all the sites) all photos in post are mine unless other wise specified, the Dreamwalk Dr. Scholls photo and Crest Be toothpaste photo both are NOT mine and were taken from Bzzagent.com from the specific campaign pages.*

Influenster and the famous Voxbox

Notice my "Citizen of influenster Nation" sticker over there? >>>

About a month ago I joined influenster and just recently qualified for a Voxbox. I just received my first ever VoxBox yesterday and after posting some pictures people began asking me about it. So here's a post to hopefully explain what influenster is and how to use it.

If you are interested in joining influenster leave me your e-mail (or you can message me if you know me personally, I'll send you the link to join.

*I promise I wont give out your e-mail to anyone else or send you any messages after that (unless you request info on something else)*

Bare with me I am still new to Influenster and it's a bit confusing/hard to explain.

First, what is a VoxBox?
A VoxBox is a box filled with complementary products from various brands (a lot of brands like Victoria's Secret Sport, Hawaiian Tropic, SinfulColors, Not Your Mother's, Herbal Essences, Venus, etc.). Some of the VoxBoxes included multiple brands while some might focus on just one brand.

How do I get a VoxBox?
First you have to sign up of course. Influenster selects members for specific VoxBoxes based on what Expert Badges they have unlocked. The higher your score in the specific Expert Badge that they are currently looking at, the more likely you are to get picked for the free VoxBox. They also look at your overall score , or Impact Score, which measures your impact across different networks that you have connected to Influenster like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Blog and how many people sign up that you invite (so I would really appreciate you letting me send you the link and signing up through that :) rather then just going to the site and signing up).

Expert Badge
Currently there are 16 different Expert Badges to choose from. You have to choose wisely because you can only get 5 keys to unlock Expert Badges (so you'll only be able to have a total of 5). The different Expert Badges are :

Eco
Mosquito
Gamer
High Spirits
Fashionista
Jetsetter
Tastebud
Urbanite
Gadgeteer
The Gentleman
Pop Culture
Sweet Tooth
Fan-Addict
Six Pack
Beauty
Decorator

Each one relates to different interests you might have. Eco is for the people who are very ecofriendly and green. Mosquito is for the outdoorsy type, people who love nature. Gamer is for those who cant put down their Xbox remote. High Spirits is perfect of the Wine connoisseur. Fashionista is for the fashion forward. Jetsetter is perfect for those who are always catching a plane. Tastebud, pass me a plate. Urbanite, city lovers.  Gadgeteer, if you always have the latest electronic. The Gentleman for men who love style and substance. Pop Culture, if your always up to date on the latest reality show, music, etc. Sweet Tooth for those who love dessert. Fan-Addict for all the sports fans out there. Six Pack for any gym rat or star athlete. Beauty if you love make-up, skincare, etc. And decorator if your always updating your home.

To unlock these you go in and take the initial survey. Then you can increase your score by completing other surveys, writing product reviews, answering questions about products that you have used before, creating videos, etc. Some you can link up to a blog if you write about the specific topic, or link to your YouTube channel if you make related videos. You can also share your favorite related review pages to increase your score.

Lifestyle Badges
Along with Expert Badges there are also Lifestyle Badges. The nice thing about Lifestyle Badges is that you can unlock an unlimited amount. Lifestyle Badges are about different areas in your life, things that your going through or doing. The different Lifestyle Badges are:

Mother Bear
Do-Good-Er
Catnip
Bow-Wow
Boomer
Collegiate
Wellness
Blushing Bride
I Voted
SuperDad
Book Club
Canada

Mother Bear of course is for the moms out there. Do-Good-Er is for those that volunteer. Catnip for if you own any cats. Bow-Wow for if you own a dog. Boomer for if you were born between 1945 and 1964. Collegiate for those of us going through college. Wellness for those who like to live a healthy lifestyle. Blushing Bride for all those brides to be. I Voted for those of us who actually vote. SuperDad for the awesome dads out there. Book Club for all the book worms and Canada for the Canadians.

The Lifestyle Badges work a lot like Expert Badges other then you can get an unlimited about of them.

Other Badges
There are other badges that you acquire later which are VoxBox Badges and Brand Badges. You get VoxBox badges after you participate in a VoxBox or VirtualVox (a completely online VoxBox). Brand Badges are earned while you participate in a VoxBox or VirtualVox program. You earn Brand Badges by completing a list of activities with the brands products in your VoxBox and then are eligible to win additional prizes.

Hopefully this answers most of your questions and give you an idea of what Influencer and VoxBoxes are.

I will be adding another post soon about the different items I received in my Surfs Up VoxBox and I'll explain a little more about the VoxBox Badges and Brand Badges in that post :)

Send me you E-mail and I'll send you the link to get signed up!

Save the Undies

Recently I got picked on Crowdtap for a new mission from kotex. Kotex supplied me with 50 samples, 50 cosmetic bags, and 50 "save the undies" pins at my local mall or popular lingerie store. On top of that they supplied me with samples and cosmetic bags for my friends and some awesome party gear to reward ourselves with a fun girls night after handing out all the samples.

Look at all these goodies!
(photo: mine)
The party gear Iincluded: 4 pounds of popcorn, 20 different colored nailpolishes (the special small brushed ones that allow you to do nail art), 10 Sephora facemasks, and a $10 amazon gift card to rent a movie. (+ the samples and cosmetic bags for my friends that I already told you about).

Kotex also gave me a sample, cosmetic bag and a cute tote bag for hosting the party.

(photo: mine)

I added a few extra goodies to the gift bags I gave to my friends. Along with the cosmetic bag and Kotex samples I gave them a sample of Daisy perfume (I had it left over from the Marc Jacobs Daisy hosted party i did a few months ago), a coupon for Doctor Scholls Dream Walk high heel insoles (a sampling I'm doing through bzzagent, I'll have a short post about later this month) a coupon for Paula's Choice skin care (another sampling from bzzagent that ill have a post about later this month), and some small packs of 5 gum (spearmint and peppermint that my dad got through his work).

(photo: mine)

Faskmasks, washclothes, facewash and makeup remover all ready for the party.
(photo: mine)

Getting ready for the party was a little tricky, I found out I got in about a week before i left for vacation. I wasnt sure when id recieve all the goodies and be able to do my party. I also started school the day after I got home from vacation so it was a busy time to work in a party. The box arrived about 2 days after i got home so i planned my party for the following week on wednesday. Only a few of my friends were able to come and many of them had last minute things come up so my friend Marybeth was the only one able to come with me.

Our Day:

We went to our local mall (Polaris Fashion Place) and stood outside of Victoria's Secret to pass out our samples. It was perfect timing because Victoria's Secret was having their semi-annual sale so a lot of people were out shopping for new undies.
(photo: mine)

Marybeth passing out samples
(photo: mine)

Me passing out samples and covered in save the undies pins.
(photo: mine)

Ran into an old friend of mine shopping the sale so gave her some samples to help protect those cute new undies.
(photo: mine)

Stopped into Bath and Body Works next door to Victoria's Secret to see another one of my friends and gave her a sample for the back room to share with the other girls she works with.
(photo: mine)

Our Night:

We started off by making some of the yummy Snappy popcorn the old fashioned way (the best way!) We threw a little coconut oil in the pan let it heat up on medium heat then added some popcorn and a lid and kept shaking every few minutes untill it was all popped. It tasted so good it didnt even need salt or butter.
(photo: mine)

We picked out some nailpolish whole we ate our popcorn and painted our nails.
(photo: mine)

There were so many adorable colors to choose from. Some were regular, some were shimmery and others were glittery.
(photo: mine)

Then we had fun using the awesome face masks. They were a little different then your normal face mask, you put it on like a regular mask and let it sit for a minute then you rub it into your skin and wash off any extra by splashing your face with some water. When we first started rubbing it in it seemed to just get whiter but then it started absorbing in. Our skin was super soft afterwards.
(photo: mine)

Back in February Kotex had given me some samples to  try, you can see that post and what I thought about them here:
U by Kotex Sample and Share Review http://livingafterloosing.blogspot.com/2014/02/u-by-kotex.html
The samples were some of their older products, the ones I got and passed out this month have the new capture core technology and are even better at stopping leaks.

Here was my night time girls night outfit along with my go-to U-by Kotex period protection. I absolutly love their liners and have been using them for a few year now. They are the ONLY liners i buy, i cant wait to try the new ones with capture core technology. I'm thinking about switching over to the Kotex tampons, i was really impressed with them when i tried them with my last sample and share. I cant wait to try these compact ones (when you open the wrapper you can pull the applicator out to be full sized). Ive used tampax pearl compact tampons before but i havent tried any other brand. They are great for slipping into a small purse, wallet or even your pocket.
(photo: mine)

Here is what was inside of the sample: 2 regular absorbancy click tampons, two super absorbancy click tampons, 2 curve liners with new capture core technology, an insert that tells you about U by Kotex products and even a coupon for a dollar off any one product!
(photo: mine)

Want your own sample to see for yourself? Head on over to:

 phttp://m.ubykotex.com/Sample.aspx

Tampons not your prefered protection? No problem they let you pick out what you want to sample, choose from 4 different sample pack options!

I'd like to thank Kotex for such an awesome oppuetunity, my friends and I had so much fun handing out samples and talking to people about your products. All the things you included for a fun girls night made it extra fun. Tank you for being so generous and making awesome protection so we dont have to throw away any more undies :)

*all the photos incuded in this post are mine unless otherwise stated. I was given the products shown in this post from Kotex through crowdtap. All the opinions stated in this post are my own. Neither Kotex nore Crowdtap gave me any additional insintive for speaking positively about the products i was given. I was only asked to state my honest opionions about how i felt about the products*

Marc Jacobs Daisy

I recently got yet another awesome opportunity through Crowdtap. This past month I was able to sample Marc Jacobs Daisy and Daisy Eau So Fresh perfume and host my own party.

Marc Jacobs sent out this beautiful little party kit complete with just about everything I would need.
Photo: Mine

It came packaged safely so the nice white Marc Jacobs box wouldn't get all beat up or opened.

Photo: Mine

Inside they provided sample/tester bottle of the two different perfumes, a special gift for me, twelve samples for my party guests, balloons, a table cloth, faux daisy heads to scatter over the table for decoration and all the tools to make adorable daisy chains.

Photo: Mine

For entertainment they sent supplies to make adorable daisy chain bracelets. I received a bag of white beads, a bag of green beads, a bag of beautiful gold beads, string, jewelry clasps, and needles to make it easier to thread the beads. (I forgot to include the needles in the first picture so they are pictured separately).

Photo: Mine

Photo: Mine

The bracelets turned out really cute but we had a lot of issues making them and unfortunately some are difficult to wear. The beads, string and needles were so tiny it was difficult to thread the needle and continue to place the beads on the string. The tiny beads made the bracelet really cute and petite and helped to make a perfect daisy but they were really difficult to work with. I ended up with beads all over my floor, the whole time we were making the bracelets all we heard were the sounds of tiny beads dropping. That really wasn't that big of a deal because they are easy to vacuum up and with bracelet making that's bound to happen. Another problem that we had was the string and part of the jewelry clasps. The string was super thin, obviously with such tiny beads it cant be very thick but the material reminded me of floss and it wasn't easy to work with. The one end of the clasp was a hoop but the hoop wasn't a solid piece. There was an open slit on the hoop where the string kept sliding out. No matter how we tied the string the hoop would always slide around and the string would slip off through the slit.
Here's a picture of the hoop and string. (sorry for the poor phone photo quality).
Photo: Mine

The only option we had was to make a loop at the end of the string to connect the clasp to. I thought that this would work fine but unfortunately the string is so thin that it even slipped through the tiny gap on the clasp!
Photo: Mine

So unfortunately were going to have to find another way to secure our adorable bracelets or find another use for them. One of the girls made hers into a cute key chain!

Here's what my finished daisy chain looked like.
Photo: Mine

Although the daisy chains didn't turn out as well as I hoped they would that was just a small part of the party and really just an extra perk to the Marc Jacobs party kit so it wasn't a big deal that it didn't turn out perfect.

Here are some pictures of the bracelet making.

To explain why you only see two people in these photos...I had originally invited about 20 people to attend my party and many planned on showing up. unfortunately during the week of my party a nasty cold was traveling around. I actually ended up getting sick almost a week before but got myself well enough to go on with the party (unfortunately the next day I ended up back in bed for about a week). Most of my other friends that planned on attended got unlucky and caught the bug too, so only one of my friends was actually able to show up (and of course my mother on the left). So to make up for this I took my kit to my old high school (where my mom works) and asked the teachers to try the perfume and tell me what they thought. I'll show you pictures and their opinions in a bit.

The other (and most important) contents of the kit...
Photo:Mine

The sample/testers of Daisy (on the left 3.4 oz.) and Daisy Eau So Fresh (on the right 4.2 oz.). Also the 12 Daisy samples for the guests and Marc Jacobs was kind enough to include an adorable mini bottle of Daisy for me :) The bottles are absolutely beautiful with the flower tops!

Photo: Mine

Photo: Mine

And of course they were also kind enough to add decorations (table cloth and daisy heads not pictured) so I didn't have to worry about going out and buying those.

Photo: Mine

I had my party planned for a Saturday night. I had gotten pizza, some drinks and snacks and made cute little chocolate fudge cupcakes with white chocolate "Daisies" on top.
Photo: Mine

I had found this adorable idea of how to make Daisies out of balloons on Pinterest. They kit had the perfect amount of colored balloons to make one white daisy and one pink one. It was a little more difficult to get the balloons to stay then I thought it would be so I just made one balloon flower and let the others float around.

Photo: Mine

My table set up. I had this perfect little bucket with a yellow polka dot ribbon handle that I had gotten from Target one year (in the dollar section! such great finds). It held all the little samples for guests to take home.

Photo: Mine

Opinion time:

Before the party I hadn't really tried many of Marc Jacobs perfumes. My sister has Marc Jacobs Daisy and wears it daily so I would often smell it on her. She got me a perfume sample kit (my absolute favorite gift to get) for Christmas which had 16 mini samples, one of which happened to be Daisy. I had only tried it once or twice since I had 15 others to test out. Personally I really like the smell of Daisy. I feel like it has a really sophisticated floral scent to it. This was my first time trying Daisy Eau So Fresh and I have to say I love it even more then Daisy. It's a more floral, and fun scent then the Daisy. I plan on wearing these scents often because I love them. I wont be wearing them daily just because I have a few other perfumes I love to wear and I have all my samples to try (once I pick my favorite out of my sample gift it came with a card to bring into Sephora and I get to pick one of the 16 fragrances to get in a full size!). I think the Daisy will be a great scent to wear for more formal occasions like work, weddings, dinners, etc. and Daisy Eau So Fresh will be a great scent to wear on more casual days like when I'm hanging out with friends, shopping, casual parties, etc.

My friend Shannon who came to my party is my age (21) and she also like the Daisy Eau So Fresh the best. I assumed it would be the all around favorite but found that it tends to be more of a favorite for people in their 20s and the Daisy seems to be more of a favorite among people in there 30s and older. I think the results fit well with my idea of Daisy being a more sophisticated scent and Daisy Eau so Fresh being more of a fun, relaxed scent.

As I mentioned because of the bug going around the party ended up not working out well so I took the fragrances to my old high school (where my mom works) and asked some of the staff what they thought. Here are some of the girls posing with Daisy.

I was even able to get the opinion of a male, my old math teacher.

Photo: Mine

This is what they said about Daisy:

Photo: Mine

"I like this one better, it smells much more fresh then the actual "Fresh" Scent".

"Like this one - more "perfumey" but not too much so".

"Reminds me of something I wore in middle school".

"Smells like something an older woman would wear"- male opinion

"young smell, smells lovely".

This is what they said about Daisy Eau So Fresh:

Photo: Mine

"More sweet - like best for a young woman".

"I have used/owned this; didn't really like it. It has a very powdery/old-fashioned smell".

"Not as nice as Daisy".

"I do prefer Daisy more the longer I smell it".

"Older person would wear" - Male opinion

"Smells younger and more floral".

Some of them didn't care for the perfumes. I didn't know how much I liked the perfume until I wore it for awhile so they may change their minds when they try their samples. Others tended to prefer the Daisy over the Daisy Eau so Fresh. Some even said that the Daisy Eau so Fresh smelled more like something a younger woman would wear. The one male opinion I got thought that the perfume's smelled like something old woman would wear. I think I'm going to have to ask my dad and my boyfriend what they think and maybe see if I can get a few other male opinions to get a better idea of how males feel about Daisy and give you guys an update. I think a males opinion is important because that's a reason many of us wear perfume! We want the men in our life to think we smell good.

Overall I got some good and bad reviews about the scent. Have any of you tried Marc Jacobs Daisy or Daisy Eau So Fresh? If you have comment and let me know what you guys think :)
If you haven't go try it out! It just might be your new favorite, it's definitely one of mine!

*The opinions in this post are honest opinions of mine and others pictured. Nobody received any perks for giving a good review. We were all asked to give our honest opinions whether good or bad. The products were supplied by Marc Jacobs through Crowdtap. I will receive points on Crowdtap for reviewing this product but the amount of points is not determined based on my opinion given, it's only determined by the quality of my review.*

U by Kotex Sample and Share Review

Once again through Crowdtap (If you don't know what this is you can hear about it in my Crowdtap post)  I got another awesome opportunity to sample a product. This time it was for U by Kotex. Kotex sent me two adorable zipper tins, each holding a generation know bracelet, two sleek tampons and two panty liners. One tin I got to keep for myself, the other I chose to give to my sister.

The adorable zipper tin

Photo: Mine

The picture doesn't do it justice. I love this tin (it helps that its my favorite colors blue, grey and black). Its perfect for holding tampons, pads and liners. It could easily be used for other things like make up, school supplies, first aid/emergency kit, etc. Its nice and discrete so no one would know that its holding feminine care products, perfect for a young girl who may be embarrassed about having periods. It big enough to easily hold six tampons yet small enough to slip into a purse or backpack without taking up much room.

The bracelet
Photo: Mine

Cute little adjustable bracelet (pink, yellow, blue and black) with an "I know" charm. From included card: "Join the first generation of girls to get the facts about their bodies and share that knowledge to create social change. Wear your generation know bracelet and inspire future generations to get in the know".
You can read more about generation know at getnerationknow.com
I love that Kotex is all about providing everyone with the facts about periods. Everyone, not just woman, need to know more about periods and be more comfortable talking about them. When my grandmother started her period she had no idea what was going on because nobody had talked to her about them. Her sisters told her she was dying! No girl should start their period not knowing what's happening with their body and fear that they are dying.

Now onto the main product

Photo: Mine

The tampons and liners from the two tins. They come in a lot of fun colors and patterns, no more boring tampons and pads! Before the sample and share I had never used a Kotex tampon but used their liners regularly.

Photo: Mine

Photo: Mine

The Kotex slim tampons I sampled came in regular absorbency (6-9g). They have a dotted line at the top to show you where its easy to tear open. Since they come in different colors they have a circle with in r (for regular) in the middle on both sides of the packaging so you can tell them apart from different absorbency amounts you might also have. I compared the Kotex slim tampon to what I typically use which is the Tampax Pearl tampon. As far as the packaging goes there's things I like about both. I love that Kotex has different fun colors, making periods a little less boring, but sometimes it can be a little confusing. I keep different sized tampons so I can grab what I need depending on if I have a heavy or lite flow. Tampax pearl has different colors for different absorbency's so I can take a quick glance and know which one I'm grabbing. With the Kotex I have to look at the little circle to see what the size is since each size comes in every color. At the same time it can be difficult with the tampax because you have to remember what color is what size.

Right: Tampax Pearl Tampon yellow=regular

Photo: Mine

With opening the packaging I like the Tampax pearl a little better then the Kotex. The Tampax has two tabs that are easy to grab and pull apart. It also has a tighter seal on the bottom half of the package that stops you from ripping the entire side open. This is nice because you can easily place the applicator back into the package for a clean disposal. The Kotex has the dotted line near the top like a mentioned before. Its easy to tear so your not struggling to get it open. I don't like this as much because its also easy to tear the entire top portion off the package and then your left with an extra piece of package that you have to try to figure out what to do with. Its also more difficult to get the applicator back in because the opening in the package is smaller then the Tampax which results in a messier disposal.

Photo: Mine

About the size. As you may have noticed the Kotex slim is significantly smaller then the Tampax Pearl. This next picture shows the size difference even better.

Photo: Mine

Both of these Tampons are regular absorbency (6-9g). The slim definitely lives up to its name. Kotex is a lot more compact and great for people who struggle with larger tampons. Your able to get a good amount of absorbency but in a smaller applicator.

Both applicators are made out of a smooth plastic. The Kotex however added a rubber grip to there's so your able to have a more secure hold.

Photo: Mine

I've never really had a problem with the grip but the Kotex is a great solution for anyone that has and its also more comfortable to hold on to.

I've had times were after a while I forgot I was wearing a tampon with Tampax but the instant I put in the Kotex it felt like nothing was there. I think the sleek design really helps with the comfort level of the tampon. I had heard a girl in a video review of Kotex mention that she couldn't feel them but I didn't believe it until I tried it.

In the past I have had trouble with other tampons leaking within an hour of putting them in. They would barely have absorbed anything before starting to leak. Tampax pearl was the first tampon I found that worked for me. I think the back up braid is what made the difference. I really wasn't sure that Kotex would work since I had such bad luck with all the other brands but I didn't have a problem. I was able to have it in for the regular amount of time without a single leak. I'm excited to find another tampon that I can wear without worrying about leaks.

Overall I was really happy about the tampon and surprised it actually worked well for me. I would definitely recommend Kotex slim tampons. There were just little things that I liked about the Tampax Pearl better but Kotex definitely wins for overall comfort which is most important. Next time I go to buy tampons its most likely going to be Kotex.

Onto Kotex Liners

Photo: Mine

So many fun colors and patterns! I absolutely LOVE Kotex liners. I used them before the sample and share and continue using them regularly. I don't have any other liners at home to compare these to because I refuse to buy any other brand.

Photo: Mine

These liners are perfect for so many different things. If you have trouble with spotting they are great for use in between periods. You can also use them to help feel fresh and clean throughout the day when your not on your period. They're really thin and lite so its easy to forget they are even there. I think that they're really comfortable and don't mind wearing them all day.

Photo: Mine

They are easy to carry since they are so thin. You can slide one in your pocket and nobody would have clue it was there. I like to wear these the day that I expect my period. I don't have to wear a big thick pad but I still feel protected and ready for my period to start. They are also easy to wear with thongs (I know they make liners specifically for that but these are easy to adjust to any type of underwear) which is important to me. I don't like having "period underwear" I want the week of my period to be just like any other week I shouldn't have to break out special cloths to help hold or hide my pad or liner. These Kotex liners help the week of your period feel like any other week. I continue to wear the liners throughout my period as back up protection, sometimes you aren't able to change your tampon the minute you need to! These make me feel confident that I'll be protected no matter what. I'll also continue to wear them a few days after my period to help with any last bit of spotting. Also because my period loves to be sneaky and go away for a day or two and magically reappear.

Easy open
Photo:Mine

I love to work out regularly and don't want to have to worry about a leak in the middle of my workout. I do a lot of cardio along with weights in my workouts so I sweat a lot. These little liners hold up through all the sweating so I don't have to worry about them falling off or apart or not doing their job.

Unbelievably thin
Photo: Mine

Photo: Mine

Extra thin edges help the liner stay in place while a thicker center (still thin) help keep you protected.
Photo: Mine

I was really happy with the Kotex products I was able to sample and share. The tampons were a pleasant surprise and the liners continue to be my favorite. Thank you Kotex for giving me the opportunity to try your products and for the adorable zipper tin and bracelet!

* I was given free Kotex samples to try and review. I was asked to give my honest opinion whether good or bad. Nothing was given to me for providing a positive review. All the opinions stated in this post are 100% my honest thoughts and feelings. All the pictures included in this post are mine. I am rewarded through Crowdtap for sampling and completing an honest review.*
